SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping within Barranquilla: $10,000 COP
Shipping outside Barranquilla (nationwide): $15,000 COP
Coverage: We only ship within Colombian territory.
Free shipping: Applies to purchases over $200,000 COP.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout. If your order exceeds $200,000 COP, we will cover the shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICY

To pick up your order directly at our warehouse, please follow these steps when you arrive:

  1. Go to the address: Carrera 57 #74-35

  2. Announce yourself at the intercom.

  3. Identify yourself with your full name and mention that you are picking up an order placed at the Kamo Chips store.

  4. Wait to receive your order.

Return and Exchange Policy

At KAMOCHIPS, we strive to offer products of the highest quality. However, if you receive an order with any issue, the following conditions apply for exchanges or returns:

Damaged or defective products:
If the package shows clear signs of damage, is open, or its contents are in poor condition at the time of delivery, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product. To do so, you must send photographic evidence of the package’s condition to the email address or contact number provided on our website.

Incorrect product:
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost. The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note: We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, as this is a food product. We appreciate your understanding.

Conditions for exchanges:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Opened or tampered products will not be accepted.

  • The exchange will be made for the same product or one of equal value, depending on availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us through our official channels with your order number, purchase date, and the reason for your claim.
