Products with damage or defects:
If the package shows visible damage, is open, or its contents are in poor condition at the time of delivery, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product. To do so, you must send photographic evidence of the package’s condition to the email address or contact number provided on our website.

Incorrect product:
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered, we will exchange it at no additional cost. The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note: We do not accept returns due to a change of mind, as this is a food product. We appreciate your understanding.

Conditions for exchanges:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Opened or tampered products will not be accepted.
• The exchange will be made for the same product or one of equal value, depending on availability.
