• Products with damage or defects:
  If the package shows obvious damage, is open, or its contents are in poor condition at the time of delivery, you can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the product. To do so, it is essential to send photographic evidence of the package's condition to the email address or contact number indicated on our website.

• Wrong product:
  If you received a different product than the one you ordered, we will exchange it at no additional cost. The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

• We do not accept returns due to changes of mind, as this is a food product. We appreciate your understanding.

• Conditions for applying changes:

  • The product must be unconsumed and in its original packaging.

  • Opened or tampered with products are not accepted.

  • The exchange will be made for the same product or one of equal value, depending on availability.
